Many people have gone much further than they thought, due to the fact that someone trusted them.

This self-confidence in life is intended to be passed on to young people from placement centers, through a mentoring program. 25 volunteers from the Center Region will be trained as mentors in the project Youth for YOUNG PEOPLE, carried out between 01.08 - 01.11.2017, by the Association of Social Services Shield and funded by the Ministry of Youth and Sports at the national competition for youth projects 2017.

Volunteers will learn what mentoring is, what the benefits and results of mentoring are, what a mentor does, managing the mentoring relationship. But, most importantly, they will learn and pass on to young people, the essence of mentoring: we get the greatest satisfaction in life from what we gather for ourselves, but from what we offer to others!
